Being a homeowner is a liberating feeling. So much better than renting. You’re able to decorate how you want. You can expand and remodel to your heart’s content.

Your house is a welcoming refuge from the outside world. It isn’t just a place where you simply hang your hat. No! It’s much more than that. It’s a home full of sentimental value as you create memories with your family. It’s also an investment in your future.

But for as awesome as home ownership is, it’s not without its challenges. You know, those unexpected challenges of the water heater going on the fritz or the kitchen faucet springing a leak. Or, the dreaded feeling knowing you’ll have to replace the furnace way sooner than you’d hoped.

The unexpected challenges become very real immediate emergencies.

When you rent, all you have to do is call the management office and let them know something isn’t working. They send out their maintenance crew and viola…it’s done. Making sure all systems are in working order is a part of your rental agreement.

Don’t you wish you had your own maintenance crew watching your back and helping you with your biggest investment? Let’s face it, not everyone has a nice nest egg tucked away to help pay for life’s homeownership challenges.

Let’s take, or example, the story of Rebecca.

Rebecca is a proud and independent single mom. She feels she can handle most home repairs and maintenance on her own. Since she can only depend on her income, she gets by with doing all she can herself. Rebecca has very little savings to cover a major malfunction and that is a nagging worry in the back of her mind.

What happens if something goes wrong and she’s in way over her head in doing her own repairs? Who does she call? Rebecca worries that she may be taken advantage of and feeling pressured to make replacements on equipment that will be way out of her budget.

Rebecca would love to have someone she could depend on to give honest and straightforward answers to what she needs to do. Someone who understands that she doesn’t have deep pockets and could give her a fair deal in helping her keep all systems in her home in working order.

Homeowners like Rebecca are why we developed our Peace of Mind Program.

We know the struggles homeowners have. The worries that linger in the back of your mind when you hear a strange knocking in your HVAC system or the kitchen sink progressively drains slower and slower. The dread hovers that it’s going to be an expensive repair. So, instead of dealing with it, you ignore it in hopes that the problem will simply go away.

The Peace of Mind Program is NOT a warranty plan nor an insurance policy. It’s a service membership exclusively offered by A&D Mechanical Services. We help save you money by extending the life and keeping your equipment in tip-top shape with routine preventative maintenance.

Our Peace of Mind members enjoys many benefits. Perhaps the main benefit is they aren’t afraid of calling us to check things out before they become a major problem. We get to know our members and their equipment we cover within their plan very well. Even if a specific repair isn’t covered by the Peace of Mind plan, members receive special discounted repair rates. The longer you’re a member, the benefits increase! If something major happens, like your furnace needs replacing, you may qualify for a total furnace replacement.

For a low monthly rate, you’ll have access to us for assistance with plumbing and HVAC systems to help you keep them all running smoothly for your family. Truly, being a Peace of Mind member is like having us on retainer.

We would love to help more homeowners like Rebecca. If you, or someone you know, have little to no savings to cover a major system repair, please give us a call and learn more about our Peace of Mind Program. Stop worrying about the day when something major goes wrong. Instead, have peace of mind.

We are here to serve you when you need us the most.
